Terms & Conditions

Eligible participants will receive a future complimentary stay at the same hotel originally booked during the Promotional Period. This offer applies only to new reservations made through the hotel's official website (www.unicohotelcollection.com/riviera-maya), Call Center, or LiveChat.

To qualify, eligible participants must correctly predict: The competing countries in the final (to be held on July 19, 2026), specifying both the Champion and the Runner-up.

The original stay must be completed and paid in full. Canceled reservations or no-shows will not be eligible.

• Booking Period: May 15 to June 15, 2026.
• Stay Period: May 15 to July 18, 2026.

The promotion applies only to new bookings made and traveled within the applicable offer period. This promotion does not apply to reservations confirmed before the start of the offer that are canceled and rebooked within the promotional period.

The Score the Champion and Get a Free Stay promotion applies exclusively to new reservations made during the Promotional Period and is not applicable to modifications of existing reservations. Participants must:

1. Have made a reservation within the Promotional Period.
2. Have completed and paid for their stay within the eligible period.

COMPLIMENTARY STAY

If eligible participants correctly predict the countries (Champion and Runner-up of the 2026 Major Soccer Tournament), they will receive a future complimentary stay, subject to the following conditions:

• Location: At the same hotel originally booked.
• Duration: For the same number of nights as the original stay.
• Room Category: In the same room category originally booked or a lower category. If the original category is unavailable, a lower category may be assigned based on eligibility, original occupancy, and promotional inventory availability. In such cases, no compensation, refund, rate difference, or credit will apply.
• Occupancy: For the same number of occupants (adults and children) as the original reservation.

The original reservation holder must travel. Accompanying guests may change, provided the total number of occupants from the original reservation is not exceeded, and the ratio of adults to children is maintained.

Travel Window: The complimentary stay must be used between July 19, 2026, and October 31, 2027. The stay must be used in a single visit and cannot be split into multiple stays.

The following are NOT permitted:

• Modifying the ratio of adults to children
• Increasing the total number of occupants
• Increasing the number of rooms
• Substituting adults for children or vice-versa
• Room category upgrades.

This promotion does not apply to groups, weddings, employee or travel agent rates, FAMs, complimentary stays, compensatory stays, and/or reduced rates. Promotion is subject to change without prior notice.

Blackout Dates: The complimentary stay cannot be used during the following dates:

• Dec. 18–31, 2026 / Jan 1 & 2, 2027 (Christmas & New Year)
• Feb. 11–17, 2027 (President’s Day)
• Mar. 21–27, 2027 (Holy Week / Easter)

Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time of the request, which may vary by hotel, season, holidays, and vacation periods. Blackout dates and inventory limits will be confirmed at the time of the redemption request.

The complimentary stay is personal and non-transferable. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, alternative services, or credits. It may not be sold, assigned, or commercialized. It is not cumulative or combinable with other promotions or offers and does not apply to groups, events, weddings, conventions, or any type of group booking.

The complimentary stay includes only accommodation in the applicable room category and the same meal plan originally booked. It does not include incidental costs such as air or ground transportation, transfers, excursions, insurance, visas, taxes, gratuities, or additional consumption. It also excludes spa services, private cabanas, premium liquors, and personalized experiences. Any additional consumption must be paid directly by the guest at current rates.

Participating Hotels and their affiliates shall not be held responsible for the rescheduling or cancellation of the sporting event for any reason, nor for the inability to redeem the stay due to force majeure events, including acts of God, severe weather, utility failures, strikes, acts of terrorism, national emergencies, pandemics, or government regulations beyond their reasonable control.

This promotion is not sponsored by or affiliated with any sporting organization or federation related to the described event. Participating Hotels reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time and for any reason. Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

PARTICIPATION AND REDEMPTION PROCESS

How to participate?

1. Book your stay from May 15 to June 15, 2026, and travel from May 15 to July 18, 2026.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, you will receive a participation link in your booking confirmation email.
3. This link will take you to an official page where you must enter your reservation number and your full name (as the reservation holder).
4. Once validated, you can submit your prediction for the teams you believe will be the Champion and Runner-up of the great soccer celebration. Finally, click the “Make your guess” button.
5. Only forms received by 11:59 PM on July 15, 2026 (GMT-5 / US Central Time) will be eligible.
6. Only the first entry per reservation will be accepted. Additional entries will be discarded.
7. Following the tournament's conclusion on July 19, 2026, all entries will be verified, and guests who correctly predicted the outcome will be selected.
8. An email will be sent to participants who correctly guessed and met the promotion conditions on July 22, 2026. This email will include instructions for claiming the free stay.
9. You will have until July 31, 2026, to claim your free stay.

You must comply with all promotion conditions to be eligible to participate and win a free stay.

¹Resort Credit

This offer applies to new reservations for travel within select dates. A 35% service fee applies to all redeemed resort credits. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Resort credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotions or discounts.

Resort Credit offer is valid for bookings traveling through December 31st, 2026. The amount of Resort Credits is determined by the duration of your stay, as detailed below:

One night = 200 Resort Credit

Two nights = 400 Resort Credit

Three nights = 600 Resort Credit

Four nights = 800 Resort Credit

Five nights = 1,000 Resort Credit

Six nights = 1,200 Resort Credit

Seven nights = 1,400 Resort Credit

and more…

Resort credit applies exclusively to participating spa, beauty salon, and golf course, subject to availability and specific restrictions.

Spa: Valid for regular menu services only. Not combinable with other discounts or special promotions.

Beauty Salon: Applies to elemental services only; excludes signature treatments and special-rate services.

Golf (restrictions apply): Applies towards green fees and shared carts. Additional services are available at the golf course, but they may not apply to this promotion. It is not applicable for products at the Pro Shop or for golf rounds at the regular price. Golf rounds include green fees, twilight fees, and junior fees; all other fees are excluded. The resort credit may not be used for equipment rental, extra rider fees, or other charges. Subject to space and availability. Round-trip transportation to the golf course is not included, and it is not applicable with credit. It may not be used for tournament play.

Unused resort credits due to weather conditions, cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable. All service reservations must be made in advance of arrival.

²Complimentary Transportation

Complimentary round-trip airport transportation is provided for up to two (2) adults per reservation, on a shared basis. This service includes both arrival and departure transfers between the airport and the resort, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

This exclusive benefit is available only for new reservations made directly through our official website and requires a minimum stay of three (3) nights. Reservations must be booked at least eight (8) days and no more than six (6) months prior to the check-in date to qualify.

The airport shuttle may stop at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya before arriving at UNICO Hotel Riviera Maya. The same route could be followed for the return trip, with the Cancun International Airport as the final destination. Free Transportation Service is available to and from the Cancun International Airport.

³ Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Early check-in (12:00 pm) and late check-out (4:00 pm) are subject to availability. Promotion applies only to new reservations booked directly through our official hotel website or call center.
