Mixologist Luis Felipe Vallejor Superbia Summer

 

Luis Felipe Vallejo

Luis Felipe Vallejo Martín is passionate about hospitality and artisanal mixology, specializing in organic ingredients and 100% natural processes. He creates signature cocktail menus and produces in-house ingredients such as syrups, infusions, and bitters. He also trains bar teams and promotes mixology experiences. His work has earned recognition in national and international competitions, and he holds certifications from AMBEAC and the Mexican Association of Tequila Experts.

 


 

 

Emilio Hernández

Known as Wero Mezcalero, Luis Emilio Hernández Ramírez studied History at UNAM and trained as a bartender at the Mexican University of Mixology. Passionate about distilled and fermented beverages, he has pursued studies in wine, tea, and coffee, and is currently completing a diploma in mezcal at the Center for the Study of Maguey and Mezcal. For over a year and a half, he has been part of the team at Tlecān, a renowned mezcal bar ranked #3 in North America and #20 worldwide on the 50 Best Bars list, which he has represented at events in Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Bangkok.

From San Luis Potosí to the bars of Tulum and New York, Majo Cruz has followed a path guided by flavor and intuition. With over a decade of experience in renowned spots like ARCA and Barely Disfigured, she now leads the bar at Mestixa Tulum, a restaurant featured in the prestigious Michelin Guide. Each cocktail she creates is a sensory symphony—balanced, emotive, and unforgettable.

 


 

 

José Olivas

Originally from Mexico City, he holds a degree in Communication and Interactive Arts from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, where he developed his career in hospitality and took part in projects like Per Se Social Corner. After returning to Mexico in 2020, he joined the creative team behind Handshake Speakeasy Bar, ranked #3 in the world. He has collaborated with renowned Mexican chefs and has been recognized as Mixologist of the Year (2022) by CANIRAC and awarded third place nationally in World Class Mexico.

Mixologist Amairani Maya Superbia Summer

 

Amairani Maya

Amairani Maya, 27, is a Guadalajara-based bartender with over eight years in the hospitality industry, four of them dedicated to mixology. Her passion lies in showcasing Mexican culture through cocktails crafted with traditional spirits like Raicilla, Bacanora, Charanda, Sotol, Mezcal, and, of course, Tequila — a symbol of her home state, Jalisco.

 

 


 

 

Noe Morgan

Morgan is originally from Veracruz and has built his professional career in the Riviera Maya since 2012. He has worked as a bartender, bar supervisor, and restaurant manager in renowned hotels and venues both in Mexico and abroad. He is currently a brand ambassador for the Campari Group portfolio in the southeastern region and a facilitator for Campari Academy, where he shares his expertise with the next generation of industry professionals.
