Guest and all registered adults must verify their place of residence with a valid ID and present it at check-in (guests living in Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, and Bahía de Banderas.)

Promotion not applicable to employee rates, travel agents, FAMS, groups, weddings, complimentary stays, or compensatory stays. Promotion is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the promotion at any time.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Any consumption before or after check-in or check-out will incur an additional charge.

Resort Credit

Experience luxury like never before! Book a 5-night stay at our resort and receive a 1,000 Resort Credit per room for spa treatments, tours, and the beauty salon. This offer applies to new and existing reservations. A 35% service fee applies to all credits redeemed. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. All prices are in USD. The resort credit applies to all nights of the reservation, as long as the arrival is within the offer's selected dates. The resort credit is non-transferable, non-cashable, and cannot be combined or accumulated with other promotions or credits, such as a 15% spa discount or other resort credits.

Resort credit offer is valid for bookings traveling through December 31st, 2026. The Resort credit amount is determined by the duration of your stay, as detailed below:

One night = 200 Resort Credit
Two nights = 400 Resort Credit
Three nights = 600 Resort Credit
Four nights = 800 Resort Credit
Five nights = 1,000 Resort Credit
Six nights = 1,200 Resort Credit
Seven nights = 1,400 Resort Credit
and more…

Unused credit due to weather-related cancellations, no-shows, or other reasons is non-refundable. Credit does not apply to tours. Service reservations must be booked in advance of arrival. Applies to transient, social groups, and wedding groups. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Resort credit applies to the mentioned activities only:

SPA: Applies to the regular menu and is subject to availability. It is not combinable with or applicable to other spa discounts or promotions.

BEAUTY SALON: Applies exclusively to elemental services, subject to availability. It does not apply to SIGNATURE services or services with special promotions or discounts.

TOURS: The credit applies to selected services. Subject to availability. Restrictions apply, depending on capacity or days of operation. Tour departure times may change depending on the property and season.
